需要什么设备和系统？
iPhone 或 iPad，系统需要 iOS / iPadOS 18 或更新版本。「用大白话解释」用的是设备上的 Apple 智能模型，需要 iOS 26 和支持 Apple 智能的设备；其他功能不受影响。
An iPhone or iPad running iOS / iPadOS 18 or later. "Explain simply" uses Apple's on-device model and needs iOS 26 on a device that supports Apple Intelligence; everything else works without it.
界面和正文能换语言吗？
能。「我的 → 设置 → 语言」里，界面语言可以选中文或 English；阅读语言可以选中文、English 或中英对照。读的时候也能在阅读器工具栏里随时切换，单语模式下点一段文字可以看它的另一种语言。
Yes. In Me → Settings → Language, choose Chinese or English for the interface, and Chinese, English or side-by-side for the book text. You can also switch from the reader's toolbar; in single-language mode, tap a paragraph to see it in the other language.
换了手机或重装后，怎么恢复完整版？
打开「我的 → 设置 → 完整版 → 恢复购买」，用当初购买时的 Apple 账户登录 App Store 即可，不会重复扣费。
Open Me → Settings → Full Book → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. You won't be charged again.
家人可以一起用吗？
可以，完整版支持「家人共享」。在系统设置里开启家人共享和「购买项目共享」后，家庭成员在自己的设备上就能使用；如果没有马上解锁，点一下「恢复购买」。
Yes — the Full Book supports Family Sharing. With Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing turned on, family members can use it on their own devices; if it doesn't unlock right away, tap Restore Purchases.
阅读进度和笔记保存在哪里？能备份吗？
阅读进度、书签、高亮、笔记、练习、术语卡、小测和实验记录只保存在你这台设备上。「我的 → 设置 → 数据 → 导出学习数据」会生成一个 JSON 文件，可以存到「文件」App 或发给自己。删除 App 会删掉这些记录。
Reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, notes, exercises, flashcards, quizzes and lab records are stored only on this device. Me → Settings → Data → Export learning data saves them as a JSON file you can keep in Files or send to yourself. Deleting the app deletes these records.
「用大白话解释」会把我读的内容发到网上吗？
不会。它用的是设备上的 Apple 智能模型，在本机生成解释，文字不离开你的设备，也不需要联网。设备不支持时，这个按钮不会出现。
No. It runs Apple's on-device model, so the explanation is generated on your device; nothing is sent anywhere and no connection is needed. On devices that don't support it, the button doesn't appear.
怎么申请退款？
购买和付款都由 Apple 处理，开发者看不到订单，也无法直接退款。请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 登录你的 Apple 账户申请。
