An illustrated encyclopedia of modern technology that explains why things work — from the 1712 steam engine to today's large language models. 997 entries across 17 domains, each traced back to the first principles behind it, in Chinese, English or side by side, with 183 vector diagrams, 25 hands-on labs, 7 learning paths and spaced-repetition review cards. 常见问题 FAQ
需要什么设备和系统？
iPhone 或 iPad，系统需要 iOS / iPadOS 26 或更新版本。界面和正文都有中文、英文两种语言，还可以中英对照阅读，在「设置 → 语言」里随时切换。
An iPhone or iPad running iOS / iPadOS 26 or later. The interface and the text are available in Chinese and English, and you can read both side by side; switch any time in Settings → Language.
换了设备或重装后，怎么恢复完整版？
打开「我的」→ 右上角「设置」→「完整版」→「恢复购买」，用当初购买时的 Apple 账户登录 App Store 即可，不会重复扣费。
Open Me → Settings → Full Version → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. You won't be charged again.
家人可以一起用吗？
可以，完整版支持「家人共享」。在系统设置里开启家人共享和「购买项目共享」后，家庭成员在自己的设备上就能使用；如果没有马上解锁，点一下「恢复购买」。
Yes — the Full Version supports Family Sharing. With Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing turned on, family members can use it on their own devices; if it doesn't unlock right away, tap Restore Purchases.
学习记录能在 iPhone 和 iPad 之间同步吗？
学习记录（已读、收藏、笔记、小测、复习卡）只保存在当前设备上，不会自动同步。换设备时，用「设置 → 数据 → 导出学习记录」生成一个 JSON 文件，在另一台设备上「导入学习记录」即可；导入是合并，不会删掉已有的记录。
Your learning record (read entries, bookmarks, notes, quizzes and review cards) stays on the device and doesn't sync automatically. To move it, use Settings → Data → Export learning record to save a JSON file, then Import learning record on the other device. Importing merges and never deletes what's already there.
朗读没有声音？
朗读走的是媒体音量：先按音量键调大音量，再看看是不是连着蓝牙耳机或音箱。想要更自然的声音，可以在「系统设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容 → 声音」里下载中文和英文的增强语音。
Read-aloud uses media volume: turn the volume up and check for connected Bluetooth headphones or speakers. For more natural voices, download enhanced Chinese and English voices in Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices.
怎么申请退款？
购买和付款都由 Apple 处理，开发者看不到订单，也无法直接退款。请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 登录你的 Apple 账户申请。
Purchases are handled by Apple; we can't see orders or issue refunds. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
书里的数字和年份可靠吗？
每个领域都附有一篇「资料来源与核实记录」，列出关键数字和年份的出处，在 App 的「全书 → 资料来源」里可以看到。发现错误欢迎告诉我们。
Each domain comes with a "sources and verification" record listing where key numbers and dates come from — see Book → Sources in the app. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
