需要什么设备和系统？
iPhone 或 iPad，系统需要 iOS / iPadOS 26 或更新版本。App 的界面和内容都是中文。

换了手机或重装后，怎么恢复完整版？
打开「今日」右上角的齿轮「设置」→「完整版」→「恢复购买」，用当初购买时的 Apple ID 登录 App Store 即可，不会重复扣费。
Open Settings (the gear, top-right of 今日 Today) → 完整版 (Full Book) → 恢复购买 (Restore Purchases) while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. You won't be charged again.
家人可以一起用吗？
可以，完整版支持「家人共享」。在系统设置里开启家人共享和「购买项目共享」后，家庭成员在自己的设备上就能使用；如果没有马上解锁，点一下「恢复购买」。
Yes — the Full Book supports Family Sharing. With Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing turned on, family members can use it on their own devices; if it doesn't unlock right away, tap Restore Purchases.
阅读进度、作品集能在 iPhone 和 iPad 之间同步吗？
能。设备登录同一个 Apple ID 并打开 iCloud 后，阅读进度、书签、笔记、作品集、词汇本、记忆卡和游戏记录会通过你自己的 iCloud 自动同步。这些数据只在你的设备和你的 iCloud 里，开发者看不到。
Yes. With iCloud on and the same Apple ID, your reading progress, bookmarks, notes, poems, vocabulary notebook, flashcards and game records sync through your own iCloud. Only you can see them — not us.
怎么备份学习记录和自己写的诗？
「设置 → 数据 → 导出备份」会生成一个 JSON 文件，可以存到「文件」App 或发给自己；需要时用「导入备份」恢复。导入是合并，不会删掉本机已有的记录。
Settings → 数据 (Data) → 导出备份 (Export Backup) saves a JSON file you can keep in Files or send to yourself; 导入备份 (Import Backup) restores it. Importing merges and never deletes existing records.
格律检查说我的字错了，可我觉得没错？
先看用的是哪本韵书：平水韵按古音，很多入声字（如「白」「月」「国」）普通话读平声，平水韵里却算仄声；中华新韵按普通话声调。可以在「设置 → 韵书」或检查页里切换。「看」「思」「听」「望」这类两读字按格律要求的那个读，不算错。仍然觉得判错了，欢迎把诗和截图发给我们。
Check which rhyme system is selected: the Pingshui system follows historical pronunciation, so many old entering-tone characters that are level in Mandarin count as oblique; the modern (新韵) system follows Mandarin tones. Switch in Settings → 韵书 or on the checker page. If you still think it's wrong, email us the poem and a screenshot.
朗读没有声音，或者声音很生硬？
朗读走的是媒体音量，不受静音开关影响：先按音量键调大音量，再看看是不是连着蓝牙耳机或音箱。想要更自然的声音，可以在「系统设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容 → 声音」里下载中文的增强语音。
Read-aloud uses media volume (the silent switch doesn't affect it): turn the volume up and check for connected Bluetooth headphones or speakers. For a more natural voice, download an enhanced Chinese voice in Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices.
怎么申请退款？
购买和付款都由 Apple 处理，开发者看不到订单，也无法直接退款。请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 登录你的 Apple ID 申请。
