一句话：《诗词歌赋：从赏析到创作》不收集任何个人数据。没有账号，没有服务器，没有广告，没有数据分析或追踪，也不含任何第三方 SDK。
In short: Chinese Poetry: Read & Write collects no personal data. No accounts, no servers, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
保存在你设备上的数据 Data on your device
你的阅读进度、书签、笔记、练习作答、自测成绩、记忆卡、词汇本、游戏记录、印章、你写的诗和每一稿、意象观察笔记，以及阅读设置，只保存在你自己的设备上。删除 App，或在「设置 → 数据 → 清空学习记录」里清空，这些数据就会被删除。
Your reading progress, bookmarks, notes, exercise answers, quiz scores, flashcards, vocabulary notebook, game records, seals, the poems and drafts you write, your observation notes and your reading settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app, or using Settings → 数据 (Data) → 清空学习记录 (Clear Study Records), removes them.
iCloud 同步 iCloud sync
如果你的设备登录了 iCloud，App 会用 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储，在你自己的 iPhone 和 iPad 之间同步上面这些记录。这些数据存放在你的 iCloud 账户里，受 Apple 隐私政策约束，开发者无法访问。不想同步，可以在「设置 → 数据」里关掉 iCloud 同步，或在系统设置里为本 App 关闭 iCloud。
If your device is signed in to iCloud, the app uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync these records between your own devices. The data lives in your iCloud account, is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and cannot be accessed by us. You can turn sync off in Settings → 数据 (Data), or turn off iCloud for this app in system Settings.
购买 Purchases
「完整版」通过 Apple App Store 购买，付款由 Apple 处理。我们收不到你的姓名、邮箱、Apple ID 或任何付款信息；App 只向 Apple 查询「是否已购买」，用来解锁内容。
The Full Book is purchased through the Apple App Store and payment is handled by Apple. We never receive your name, email, Apple ID or payment details; the app only asks Apple whether the purchase exists in order to unlock content.
朗读、搜索、分享与备份 Read-aloud, search, sharing and backups
- 朗读使用设备自带的系统语音，在本机合成，文字不会发送给我们。
- 全书搜索在本机进行；系统「聚焦搜索」里能搜到的章节和诗词索引也只保存在你的设备上。
- 诗笺分享只在你点「分享」时生成图片，交给系统的分享面板，由你决定发给谁。
- 只有你主动「导出备份」时才会生成备份文件，存到你自己选择的位置。
- Read-aloud uses your device's built-in system voices; speech is synthesized on the device and no text is sent to us.
- Search runs on the device; the Spotlight index of chapters and poems stays on your device.
- Poem cards are created only when you tap Share and are handed to the system share sheet; you decide where they go.
- Backup files are created only when you choose Export Backup, and saved where you choose.
网络 Network
全书和诗库都打包在 App 里，使用时不需要联网。只有 App Store 购买 / 恢复购买和 iCloud 同步会由系统联网完成。
The book and the poem library are bundled in the app and work offline. Only App Store purchases/restores and iCloud sync use the network, through Apple's system services.
儿童 Children
本 App 不收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童。
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
政策变更 Changes
如果本政策有变化，我们会在本页公布新版本并更新生效日期。
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
